Our Offensive Skills Training Program is built for athletes who want to become smarter, faster, and more dynamic scorers on the court. This high-level session focuses on developing complete attackers through elite technical training, game-speed reps, and position-specific instruction. Whether you're an outside hitter, right side, middle, or setter looking to elevate your offensive impact, this program is designed to sharpen every part of your attack game.
What Athletes Will Train
π₯ Attacking Mechanics
We break down proper arm swing, footwork patterns, approach timing, jump mechanics, contact point, and power generation to create more efficient and explosive hitters.
π― Shot Selection & Scoring IQ
Athletes learn how to score against real defenses by developing:
Line shots
Cross-court angles
Roll shots
Tips and off-speed placement
Tooling the block
Deep corner attacks
Smart out-of-system swings

Training includes footwork progression, transition attacking, tempo work, and movement patterns that create faster approaches and more powerful jumps.

Players learn how to recognize blockers, identify open court, adjust mid-air, and make smarter attacking decisions under pressure.
π Setter + Hitter Connection
For setters and hitters alike, we train tempo, location, communication, and consistency so attackers can score in rhythm.

We tailor reps based on athlete position:
Pin Hitters: High ball scoring, serve receive to attack, transition offense
Middles: Quick tempos, slides, blocking transition to offense
Right Sides: Front row/back row versatility, out-of-system swings
Setters: Offensive leadership, release footwork, tempo distribution, attacker connection
