Our All-In Athlete Package is designed for athletes who are serious about maximizing their growth this summer. This premium 5-week development program combines skill training, strength performance, and mindset development into one complete athlete experience.

Athletes will train three sessions each week, receiving focused instruction in offensive skills, strength & injury prevention, and defensive development — creating a balanced path to becoming a stronger, smarter, and more confident competitor.

What’s Included:

  • 15 Total Training Sessions over 5 weeks

  • Offensive Skills Development
    Improve attacking mechanics, arm swing efficiency, shot selection, and point-scoring confidence.

  • Strength & Injury Risk Mitigation Training
    Build explosiveness, movement efficiency, durability, and resilience while learning proper strength mechanics.

  • Defensive Skills Development
    Enhance passing platform control, digging technique, floor movement, reaction speed, and defensive mindset.

  • Performance Benchmark Assessment
    Pre- and post-program evaluations to track progress in movement, skill development, and athletic performance.

  • Leadership & Mindset Development
    Athletes receive tools to build confidence, discipline, composure under pressure, and competitive habits.

  • Athlete Progress Report
    Detailed feedback on growth areas, strengths, and continued development recommendations.

  • Resistance Band Training Pack
    Take-home tools to continue improving outside the gym.

Weekly Training Schedule:

Wednesdays | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • 6:00–7:00 PM — Offensive Skills

  • 7:00–8:00 PM — Strength & Injury Prevention
